DISCLAIMER: Fraudulent Job Offers

It has come to our notice that fake job vacancy and offers are been circulated in some websites on behalf of Niathu Group of Hotel and Resorts by certain individuals/entities claiming they are representatives of Niathu Group.

Kindly note that Niathu Group does not:

1. Advertise job vacancy on other websites or send job offers from other free email services.
2. Request payment/fee of any kind from prospective candidates for employment.
3. Authorize any individual/entity to collect money or arrive at any monetary arrangement in return for a job at any of the establishments under Niathu Group of Hotel and Resorts.
4. Sometimes recruitment process is done through professional recruiting agencies. However, in such cases, offers are always made directly by Niathu Group and not by any third parties.

• Niathu Group will not be responsible to anyone making payment and accepting an employment offer not directly made by us.
• Any individual/entity making an employment offer in return for money is not authorized by Niathu Group and hence, is not offering an approved job.
• Niathu Group reserves the right to take legal action against such individuals/entities.
